Resumo

The objective of this study was to evaluate the inclusion of high doses of phytase associated with carbohydrases in diets with nutritional reduction on broiler bed quality at 21 and 42 days. A total of 1,540 one-day-old broiler chicks were used in a completely randomized design with five treatments, 14 replicates and 22 birds per box. The treatments consisted of: Positive Control - Basal ration without enzymes; Negative Control - Basal ration less 100 kcal, 0.15% P, 0.12% Ca, - 4% AA, 5% Na; Negative Control + Carbohydrase + Fitase (1000 FTU); Negative Control + Carbohydrase + Fitase (1500 FTU); Negative Control + Carbohydrase + Fitase (2000 FTU). At 21 and 42 days, bed samples were collected for determination of dry matter, pH and volatilized ammonia. According to the results, interference was observed for the ammonia content at 42 days, and the birds that received the diet with nutritional reduction presented lower content in relation to the other diets, equating the birds that received the diet with lower phytase content. The inclusion of high doses of phytase associated with carbohydrases does not alter the quality of the broiler chicken bed.
