Resumo

The objective of this study was to evaluate the bromatological characteristics of Marandu grass with different forms of fertilization. The experiment was conducted at Embrapa Cerrados in Planaltina-DF, from 2013 to 2015, with the establishment of two pasture areas of Brachiaria brizantha cv. Marandu, a randomized block design with two fertilization blocks, one with green fertilization and the other without, within each block was divided into three plots with three types of management of conventional, organic and control fertilization. Data were submitted to analysis of variance and analyzed by the Tukey test. There was a statistical difference for dry matter between systems, between fertilization forms and between their interactions. There was no statistical difference between the fertilization systems on the CP content, but there was difference when associated to the fertilization system and form. The contents of NDF and ADF showed interaction between green fertilization and fertilization forms. It was concluded that under these conditions, green fertilization improved the bromatological quality of Marandu grass.
