AVALIAÇÃO DO COEFICENTE DA DIGESTIBILIDADE APARENTE DA MATÉRIA SECA E DOS NUTRIENTES EM VACAS HOLANDESAS ALIMENTADAS COM RESÍDUO ÚMIDO DE FECULARIA DE MILHO

The objective of this work was to evaluate the apparent digestibility of the
dry matter and nutrients of lactating cows fed diets containing inclusion levels (0%,
7.5%, 15%, 22.5% and 30%) of corn undertaking moist residue. The experiment was
carried out at the State University of Western Paraná, Marechal Cândido Rondon
Campus – PR. The animals were distributed in a experimental design in a Latin
square (5x5), with five treatments and five experimental periods of 21 days, Totaling
105 days. Dry matter (DM) and nutrient digestibility analyses were performed and the total digestible nutrients (TDN) value of the diets was calculated. The addition of
increasing levels of wet residues of corn undertaking to high-yield lactating cows did
not affect the apparent digestibility of dry matter (DM) and all the nutrients evaluated (P > 0.05). Therefore, it is recommended to use up to 30% of wet residue of cornundertaking in the diet of lactating cows.
