A RELAÇÃO ENTRE AS DESPESAS COM FORNECIMENTO DE ALIMENTOS CONCENTRADOS E O CUSTO DE PRODUÇÃO EM PECUÁRIA LEITEIRA DA FAZENDA LIMEIRA.

The aim of this work was to monitor for three years the expenditures related to the use of foods concentrated and the production cost of the dairy farming of Fazenda Limeira, to obtain the economic relation between these two important variables during the time of observation. For purposes to process the information, the software of the Projeto Geroleite Rastrear of the UFRRJ (Universidade Federal Rural of Rio de Janeiro) was used. The information and results were generated monthly during the analysis period and consolidated in the annual form of the livestock cycle. During the analysis period, the production system presented a reduction in its expenses with the acquisition of concentrated of 10.76% and an increment in the cost of milk production of 1.99%, indices obtained in relation to the average of the period. It can be concluded that during the analysis period the production system, despite reducing expenses, it was not possible to reduce in the production costs of the activity in order to approximate the average total cost of the liter of milk, obtaining an average economic result unfavorable for the analysis period.
