Results and conclusions: We note the strengthening of the family connection with better adhesion of the child health accompaniment in child care period, decreased delayed immunization schedule, length exclusive breastfeeding until at least six months of life, empowerment copather and family in with child care, contributing to reduction of child mortality. It is concluded that the improvement of the staff in the proposed activities has allowed the improvement of quality receptiveness of families enrolled in family Clinic in question narrowing and strengthening client relationship - Professional - Health unit.
