Abstract

FinTech has emerged as a mechanism that enables banking and nonbanking institutions to cut their costs, to enhance the quality of their services and to create a much more resilient and diverse financial environment. This FinTech development, which is supported by Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation allows FinTech adopters to enter different segments of the financial services industry. However, despite the broad application of FinTech, little academic research has explored the development of this new wave of technological innovations. Therefore, our study aims to fill this gap in the literature and examines the recent developments in selected Fintech technologies through a case study of Chintan Vora. The practical exposure of fintech industry and how it operated and the hurdles in the emerging economy. Why fin tech companies are difficult to sustain and survive in the market. The paper also reviews the FinTech ecosystem including the impact of FinTech business models and their related, regulatory and non-regulatory, challenges through cross country analysis. Basically, this paper throws light on evolution, revolution and the fin tech solution. This study adopts a qualitative research approach using case studies and literature reviews to explore the evolution and impact of FinTech. The research focuses on: Primary Data: Case studies of key industry players, such as Chintan Vora, to understand real-world operations and challenges. Secondary Data: Analysis of scholarly articles, industry reports, and government publications to assess trends, regulations, and innovations. This research provides valuable insights for multiple stakeholders. Entrepreneurs can better understand the challenges and opportunities involved in building sustainable FinTech ventures. Financial institutions can enhance their offerings and expand their market reach through strategic collaborations with FinTech firms. Regulators are guided on creating flexible frameworks that encourage innovation while ensuring compliance and security It may support the sector through grants, tax incentives, and infrastructure development.
