Abstract

This article elucidates the pioneering application of AI-enhanced qualitative research tools, particularly focusing on ATLAS.ti, in analyzing interviews with the most effective CEOs of IBEX 35. The goal is to share preliminary results obtained from this innovative approach, unraveling the leadership insights and paradigms, while concurrently discussing the challenges, mistakes, and learning experiences encountered during the use of these advanced tools.
AI tools, integrated with ATLAS.ti, were instrumental in deciphering large volumes of qualitative data, revealing nuanced leadership dynamics, strategies, and philosophies prevalent amongst high-performing CEOs. The synergistic application of these tools allowed for a multifaceted exploration of leadership elements, enabling a more profound and contextual understanding of effective leadership constructs within the corporate landscape of Spain's IBEX 35 companies.
Preliminary findings depict diverse leadership frameworks and adaptive strategies, emphasizing the significance of visionary, transformational, and empathetic leadership in driving organizational success. The insights obtained underline the CEOs' approach to stakeholder engagement, innovation, and sustainable growth, shedding light on the leadership attributes that contribute to corporate resilience and competitiveness.
