The scope of this research was to use raw material of natural origin in the development of phytocosmetic formulations for use by the elderly. Chromatographic techniques were applied for the characterization of the extracts and volatile oils prior to incorporation into formulations, and their stability was evaluated. As a result, stable and well-accepted formulations by the target group were obtained, as well as give an overview of the various phytocosmetic production steps.
