SOBENA invites professionals from all segments of the waterway community to submit abstracts of works bringing their contributions and experiences to the 13th International Seminar on Inland Waterway Transport and Development.

For the presentation of papers, authors are requested to initially submit a one-page abstract (between 300 and 500 words), informing title, authors' names with respective affiliations and electronic addresses.

The text should briefly indicate the context of the work, the methodology used and relevant conclusions. After acceptance of the abstract, the authors must submit the complete article for review, according to the schedule.

For this event, authors will also have the opportunity to present their technical work by simply submitting an extended abstract (two to three pages), containing an introduction, methodology, main results, conclusions and references. Figures and tables are allowed.

Full papers and extended abstracts will be accepted for presentation in the technical sessions and publication in the annals after approval and final selection by the reviewers and Organizing Committee. The texts and presentations may be made in Portuguese and English.
