The Latin American Food Science Symposium - SLACA is promoted by the Faculty of Food Engineering at the State University of Campinas - FEA/UNICAMP, in partnership with the Latin American Food Science Association - SLACA. The event, in addition to transmitting high-quality scientific knowledge, with the presence of renowned experts, also opening space for the exhibition of the latest market trends, product launches and scientific works presented in “Oral” and “Poster” formats.
