Microorganisms, both bacteria and fungi play a central role in the natural cycle of phosphorus and can convert their insoluble forms into an accessible, easily absorbed form for plants. Acid phosphatases produced by fungi are enzymes that have a specific role in the elimination, mobilization and acquisition of phosphate, increasing soil fertility and plant growth. The present work aims the production of acid phosphatases by Trichoderma harzianum in bioreactor using soybean molasses as a substrate. The results showed enzymatic activity of 4.03±0.16 U/mL, final cell concentration of 6.53±0.15g/L and constant pH for all fermentative process. These results were satisfactory since, soybean molasses is a byproduct of soybean oil extraction industry and cheaper than reagents in synthetic culture media.
