Maintaining critical equipment in pipeline infrastructure requires spare parts to be available in locations capable of responding to emergencies within predefined time windows. At Transpetro, the largest operator of pipelines and terminals in Brazil, the criterion for mechanical pump seals establishes a maximum road travel time of 150 minutes. However, there was no formal system capable of verifying whether the designated terminals met this criterion. This article presents Transpetro Rota Fácil, a web system in Python/Streamlit that integrates routing engines, OpenRouteService and Google Maps, to calculate distances and travel times between operational units. Applied to real data, the system analyzed about 30 pairs of routes, identified 2 terminals that did not comply with the 150-minute criterion, and subsidized the formal redirection of storage. The solution set a precedent for systematic verification of logistical compliance of critical materials and is registered with the INPI as open source
