Urban public transport, although it plays an essential role in the mobility of the population, still has limitations related to the quality of service and operational efficiency. In this scenario, the monitoring of performance indicators becomes essential to support management in making decisions for improvements. However, prioritizing these indicators can be complex due to the multiple criteria involved. Thus, this study aimed, through a multicriteria model, to prioritize performance indicators of urban public transport in a city in the Agreste region of Pernambuco, using the FITradeoff method of ordering, which stands out for its flexibility and ease of application. One application was carried out with five alternatives evaluated in four criteria. The results pointed to the indicator "frequency of service" as the most impactful for the operational performance of the municipality and, after sensitivity analysis, it was found that it remains the most priority in 73.45% of the scenarios, evidencing the sensitivity of the model.
