The search for sustainable energy alternatives has driven the expansion of wind and solar sources, motivated by technical advances and lower production costs. This study proposes a methodology to optimize the control of reactive power in renewable generation plants that use inverters, ensuring compliance with the voltage and power factor standards of the ONS. Considering the technical constraints of inverters and the commercial priority of injecting maximum active power into the grid, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique was used. The development was carried out in a Python environment, integrating the Pandapower, Numpy and Matplotlib libraries for the simulations.
