Abstract

The technological environment of the Government of the Federal District (GDF) is characterized by being heterogeneous, since it includes several solutions implemented with different technologies. In this context, the predictive maintenance of technology resources is an important tool for the management of assets and technological infrastructure. This work aims to apply data mining techniques to the incident records collected by the Zabbix system, to support decision-making in the management of digital public services. The proposed approach allows the identification of failure patterns, subsidizing predictive actions for the maintenance of the environment. The results indicate that the analysis of monitoring data can contribute to the reduction of unavailability and to the improvement of the management of technological infrastructure.
