Abstract

This paper proposes a mixed-integer programming model for lot sizing integrated with
order selection and aggregated distribution in a B2B context with scarce capacity. The acceptance
decision is guided by the TOPSIS method, which translates the company’s policy into numerical
weights based on commercial, financial and operational criteria. A cross-evaluation over multiple
instances compares a neutral TOPSIS policy against six single-criterion policies, showing that the
multicriteria approach consistently plays a conciliatory role: it achieves 71.1% on a metric that
synthesizes the agreement between the criteria across all instances, versus 57.3% for the best pure
alternative, with advantage preserved across all tested scenarios.
