The selection of manufacturing technologies, especially between Additive Manufacturing and Conventional Manufacturing, constitutes a complex decision support problem due to the presence of multiple conflicting criteria, subjectivity and uncertainties in the experts' assessments. In this context, Multicriteria Decision Support methods become relevant to structure and support this decision-making process. Thus, this work proposes a hybrid multicriteria model based on the integration of the Best-Worst Method (BWM) and TOPSIS for the selection of manufacturing processes. BWM is used to determine the weights of the criteria, while TOPSIS is used to rank the alternatives. In order to treat hesitancy and reduce the subjectivity of evaluations, both methods are applied under the representation of Hesitant Fuzzy information. As a work in progress, the study presents the literature review, the conceptual structuring of the proposed model and the methodological steps for its future implementation and validation.
