DEVELOPMENT OF A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM BASED ON THE FTOPSIS-CLASS METHOD

The basic concepts of the FTOPSIS-Class method and related works are presented. To illustrate the use of the computational tool, tests with two instances of problems are presented, considering the data from the seminal article of the method, Ferreira et al. (2018), and an application for project evaluation within the scope of World-Class Manufacturing. The proposed computational tool is available open source and can be replicated and scaled to other contexts. From this work, it is expected to increase the visibility and the number of applications of the method.
