Abstract

The article analyzes 100 editions of 12 sound journalism products in the 2026 pre-election phase, selected per week composed in nine states. The protocol observed genres, commentators, relationship between fact and opinion, sources, contradictory, checking, framing and vocal performance. The results indicate a strong presence of opinions, low clarity between information and commentary, fragile contradiction and little explicitness of verification. Electoral strategy and conflict predominate in the frameworks; out-of-context information, moral polarization; decontextualization trumps factual falsehood, and unsourced opinionated analyses favor informational confusion. It is concluded that the main vulnerability lies in the insufficiency of context, plurality and traceability.
