Abstract

An efficient and solvent-free synthesis of hydroxy esters by ball milling (mechanochemistry) is developed for zinc-mediated reaction of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes and ethyl 2-bromopropanoate.

Resolução enzimática sempre é interessante, mas não sei ao certo como seria o comportamento da enzima no processo mecanoquímico.

Falo após obtenção dos compostos. Quando vc terminar sua reação via mecanoquímica, vcs obtiveram uma biblioteca de compostos (3a-h). Todos esses poderiam servir como substratos (uma vez que já foram caracterizados e isolados) na RCE. Inclusive, os compostos 3h e o 3e me interessaram bastante. Então, se vc quiser, podemos conversar sobre. Abraço
