Abstract

Only two works report the direct determination of Mephedrone using disposables SPE. The GCE modified with GO is a potential simple and sensitive method for the direct detection of Mephedrone.

Não, utilizamos apenas o produto final da síntese e não testamos nenhum outro tipo de síntese do GO.

Houve perda de massa sim no processo de centrifugação, mas em outras ocasiões em que utilizados a filtração a vácuo com papel de filtro comum foi observado uma perda maior, visto que o material é bem fino e acaba passando um pouco pelo papel e também acaba aderindo nele.
