Development of a low cost fluorescence platform for didactic applications

Abstract

A lab-made platform was built to allow fluorescence intensity measurements of oil and biodiesel samples. The developed platform provides fluorescence intensity results in consonance with literature data. Our Arduino low cost system can be used for didactic purposes as an alternative to commercial spectrofluorimeters.

Olá, Carlos!

Nós utilizamos o sensor BH1750, por ele ser mais sensível que os sensores LDR. A aquisição foi no próprio Arduino, mas é possível armazená-los automaticamente numa planilha eletrônica do excel.
