Abstract

The sample preparation in-line of industrial effluents is more adequate than filtration.
Dialysis is an effective strategy to the analysis of anions and cations in industrial effluents.

Nessa etapa do trabalho não fizemos tratamento estatístico, são os resultados iniciais que apresentamos.

A partir desses resultados faremos alguns ajustes, utilizando ferramentas de Design of Experiments (Planejamento de Experimentos – Quimiometria), para conseguirmos atingir alguns objetivos, como:

•Melhorar resolução;

•Diminuir tempo de retenção (sulfato);

•Aumentar o sinal;

•Aumentar a precisão (diminuir desvio padrão relativo).

E então faremos uma avaliação estatística nos próximos experimentos e em seguida faremos a validação dos métodos.
