Resumo

Room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) are lls with melting points below roam temperature. Typically, a RTIL consists of nitrogen ar phosphorous-containing organic cations and large organic ar inorganic anions. 1 The wide range of possible cation and anion combinations allows for a large variety of tunable interactions and applications1•2 what makes the lonic Liquids one class of compounds that grows rapidly and with them all the research areas among them the complexation with lanthanides salts shows that unique luminescent proprieties.3 ln this work, we show a new methodology for obtaining novel Carboxil functionalized ionic liquids with high yield and purity based on procedure proposed by Riidsger et. all.4 Figure 1. The products were characterized by several spectroscopic techniques. We also performed the measurements of melting point, thermogravimetric and elemental analysis that prove the proposed structures for ionic liquids, which are unprecedented in the literature. The Roam temperature ionic liquids are been studied for the coordination of lanthanide ians (Eu ar Gd). lonogels to combine the properties of the ionic liquids and luminescence of lanthanides salts.
