Regiospecific Synthesis and Antitumor Evaluation of Thioethers Derived from Juglone

13 thioethers were synthesized, of which 12 are unpublished. The methodology employed was much higher than previously reported in the literature, since it allowed the production of purifiable thioethers using simpler techniques and in higher yields.
