Resumo

SWCNH are considered promising nanomaterials, since they have good electrical conduction [1]. It is known that ZE is a prolamine, used in the production of flexible and porous films [2]. FT is an insecticide widely used and toxic to many living beings, especially mammals, where its toxicological effect are severe, making its detection very important to ensure the safety and quality of foods [3,4]. In this work, a new electrochemical sensor was proposed using the modified GCE with SWCNH and ZE for the voltammetric determination of FT in food samples. The GCE was modified by casting technique, and, after total drying, the electrode was subjected to voltammetric measurements. Characterizations were performed by CV using the SWCNHZE/ GCE and GCE. The comparison of the calculated electroactive areas showed that the modified electrode has an electroactive area 2.3 times superior than GCE. The AdSV was the electrochemical technique used to detect FT. It can be noted that both GCE and SWCNH-ZE/GCE presents the two characteristics peaks of FT, and five parameters were analyzed for AdSV optimization. The linear response was tested by using the AdSV and a linear behavior was observed, with linear range from 0.049 to 12.30 IJmol L-1 and LOD of 2, 15x1Q-7 mol L-1 . The detection of FT was performed in orange juice, and the results proved that the SWCNH-ZE/GCE can be applied in real samples. Therefore, the modified electrode is a new device and an interesting alternative for FT detection.
