📝 The submission system will only allow abstract submissions from authors who are already registered and have completed payment by July 31, 2025.

🗣️ Oral Presentation: Available only for submissions with payment confirmed by June 30, 2025. Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for discussion.
📌 Poster Presentation: Posters should be 90 cm × 120 cm (W × H) and will be displayed for the entire duration of the meeting.
🔍 Selection Process for Oral Presentations: Oral presentations will undergo a peer review selection process. Authors will be informed of the final decision after evaluation. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be automatically reassigned as poster presentations.
📌 Authors must indicate their preference for oral presentation during submission.
📢 Title: Concise and descriptive, in sentence case.
👩🔬 Authorship: List all authors in order of contribution, including institutional affiliation(s). The presenting author must be clearly identified.
📄 Body of Abstract: Maximum 250 words, including the following sections:
📖 Introduction: Context and relevance of the study.
🎯 Objectives: Clearly stated research objectives.
🔬 Methods: Key methodologies employed.
📊 Results/Discussion: Quantitative or substantial qualitative findings and interpretation.
✅ Conclusion: Significance of results.
🚫 Figures and Tables: Not allowed.
❌ References: Should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
💰 Funding Information: If applicable, funding sources should be acknowledged at the end of the abstract.

Submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to accept, reject, or suggest changes to the presentation format. Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
🏆 Scientific merit and originality.
🎯 Relevance to the congress themes.
🧪 Quality of methodology and results.
🌍 Potential impact on the field of prion research.
✍️ Clarity and coherence of the abstract.
📚 Accepted abstracts may be submitted to the Special Issue of Frontiers in Neuroscience: Unfolding Aggregation: Pathological and Functional Roles of Amyloids in Neurodegeneration and Beyond.
📊 Abstracts must present substantial results — submissions with minimal information or statements that results will be presented later will not be accepted.
