TEACHER TRAINING: A PROCESS UNDER PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION Abstract: This coordinated communications session, titled Teacher Formation: a process under permanent construction, aims to socialize the experiences of continuing and in-service training of / with teachers of Brazilian basic education and to think about them, relying on the epistemology of sociodiscursive Interactionism (BRONCKART , 2007), and in the engineering of the Language Teaching group of the University of Geneva (DOLZ; NOVERRAZ; SCHNEUWLY, 2004), which, because of its dialogic nature, favors the formation of the reflective teacher. The understanding of the idea of continuing teacher education needs to be in line with the debate of educational public policies and the professional teaching context. Nóvoa (2002) emphasizes the importance of considering as strategic axes of the permanent formation and in service the person of the teacher and the school organization. In view of this, ongoing and in-service teacher training actions are usually structured in face-to-face and distance learning by area of knowledge; in face-to-face, collective and interdisciplinary meetings, articulating the areas of knowledge linked to basic education; in dialogical actions, in which there is the exchange of experiences and the sharing of knowledge, the reflection of practice and practice, the mobilization and articulation of various types of knowledge: practical, theoretical and pedagogical militancy (NÓVO, 2002) and construction of an intervention project, aiming at its development in the school of origin of the teacher in continuous formation. We believe that this is one of the possibilities to qualify teacher education and also teaching, because the approach is anchored in the daily action of the teacher, in the classroom, which describes, reflects and analyzes his teaching, the teaching gesture, as (Schneuwly, Cordeiro and Dolz (2005) and Dolz-Mestre (2013), and their partners, with due theoretical and practical foundation. These actions make it possible to construct a panorama of the challenges and the possible paths, in the scope of propaedeutic education. In this way, we understand that conducting research, disciplinary and interdisciplinary projects, and especially the dialogue with teachers in service (BRAIT, 2002), which are effectively on the school floor, are devices that can make desired and meaningful changes in practice of teachers. Therefore, the communications presented to this coordinated session help to think more and more about the qualification of continuing education and the consolidation of the conception that teacher education is a process under permanent construction. PEDAGOGICAL CENTER: A FIELD OF EXPERIMENTATION AND TEACHER TRAINING Abstract: This communication aims to present the UFMG Pedagogical Center as a field of experimentation and initial and continuous training of teachers, which favors the formation of the reflective teacher (BRONCKART, 2007 [1999], 2006) and (DOLZ; NOVERRAZ, SCHNEUWLY, 2004) and researcher of his own practice (BORTONI-RICARDO, 2008). The Pedagogical Center has its origin in the Application Gymnasium of the UFMG, founded on April 21, 1954, in compliance with the legal provisions established by Decree Law 9053, in 1946, which determined the creation of basic education schools for teaching practice by of the Faculties of Philosophy Federal, aiming to attend to the demand of the graduates enrolled in their Didactics courses. From 1958 to 2019, the CP underwent many transformations and the consolidation of its actions aimed at teacher education. In this Center, fundamental education is understood as a research base for the production of knowledge in teaching, research and extension, which makes this Center a field of experimentation and research in basic education and in the process of initial and continued formation of fundamental education teachers , effectively seated on the school floor, in dialogue and in the exchange of experiences about teaching. In the scope of initial teacher training, the CP has the Teaching Immersion Program, Teacher Immersion Program: Special Projects, Graduation Monitoring Program and Extension Scholarship Program for teaching activities at the EJA. All aimed at the training of students of the various degrees of UFMG. In the area of continuing education, the teaching unit has lato sensu specialization courses in Teaching Residence and in Information and Communication Technologies applied to education. With all these actions, the CP consolidates itself as a space for teacher training and implementation of a training policy that combines the academic reflections and the daily challenges of a primary school. Ribeiro (2016) e Coscarelli (2016) constituem a base teórica deste trabalho. Palavras-chave: Stop motion; Animação; Celular; Língua portuguesa. STOP MOTION: AN ALLY OF WRITING PRACTICES AT SCHOOL Abstract: Our language, perhaps, is the element that most differentiates us from other animals (Chomsky, 2005, 2006; Mussalin, 2001), because it is constitutive of our being. However, the way it is approached in schools causes distancing between subjects and their own language. This has negative implications for Portuguese classes, such as students' lack of interest, lack of meaning for those practices, and others. We need to take actions that arouse in our students the interest in studying the language and that contribute to their ability to develop an adequate use of Portuguese in different and different communicative situations. Jukes, Mccain, and Crockett (2010), with whom we agree, postulate that young people of the present generation are not content to be just viewers; they want to be actors, they need interactive information and relevant real-life experiences. Based on this, we observe the students' daily lives and realize that, like all speakers, they devote part of the day to the use of technologies and the construction of texts to achieve their goals. This is an obvious finding. However, it is not customary to start from it in the teaching of mother tongue in schools. Given this, we set out from it and observe the results of language practices mediated by the teacher, in basic education, during the school year. We seek an alternative that dialogues with the reality of those involved and motivates the students. We find Stop Motion, a simple, low-cost cinematographic technique that allows satisfactory results in the teaching-learning process of Portuguese and also in animation itself (KAMINSK, 2010). Thus, by producing the videos through the Stop Motion technique, students act as protagonists of their learning process, are authors of their texts and interlocutors of a certain real audience. Ribeiro (2016) and Coscarelli (2016) constitute the theoretical basis of this work. Keywords: Stop motion; Animation; Cell phone; Portuguese language. RETEXTUALIZATION: A NEW VOICE, A NEW TEXT Abstract: The proposal of this project is a work in which the technique of retextualization will be used as a strategy for greater involvement of students in the activities of text production, seeking to arouse their interest and commitment in order to improve their writing. The initial thesis is that the students have shown great disinterest in Portuguese language classes due to the availability of various activities, almost always playful and interactive, more attractive and desired than the school portfolios. Therefore, pedagogical strategies are necessary that offer the least delight to the students. Among many possibilities, we believe that the socio-interactionist proposal of retextualization can be useful to our project, because it allows to work with the imagination and the creativity of the students. It is important to emphasize that this work of textualization aims, in addition to writing itself, the work with other skills essential to the command of the language. Among them, one has the reading and comprehension of texts, indispensable in the creation of the proposed text; the study of textual genres, at least two of them, since it will depart from the gender of the selected text for the genre (s) proposed for the task, in addition, of course, the genre of textualization, which is the genre to be the grammatical and linguistic aspects of the text and spelling. The work has as a target audience students of the 6th grade of Elementary School in a municipal school in Belo Horizonte, with a socio-institutionalist epistemological basis, as found in Bronckart (1999). Keywords: reading; production of texts; textualization. O Residência abarca as áreas do conhecimento do Ensino Fundamental. TEACHER RESIDENCE: BY A FORMATION ANCHORED ON THE SCHOOL FLOOR Abstract In this session, we aim to present a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Course in Teaching Residence for Basic Education Educators offered by the Pedagogical Center of UFMG, CP. The course is based on the social commitment of production and socialization of knowledge, strengthening the exercise of citizenship and improvement in teaching. Its curricular scope praises for the dialogue between the areas of knowledge and actions of the teaching exercise in a school of Basic Education. In this sense, the curricular organization is made around two axes. One of them is the Concentration axis, of theoretical and practical nature, mandatory, in face and distance formats, with individual and collective activities developed in the CP. This axis focuses on teaching modules: Specific Knowledge and Pedagogical-Administrative Coordination and Management, as well as other academic activities integrating the training. The other is the Dispersion axis, of a practical nature, with an hourly load of 1200 h / a. This axis, developed in the schools of origin of the students, constitutes a true laboratory for experimentation of both pedagogical and administrative activities. It is a significant space / time for reflection, discussion and follow-up of daily school challenges. The activities of this axis are developed in the following dimensions: Pedagogical Projects, focused on the students' schools, and Dialogical Actions, which intensify the dialogues of the CP with the partner schools, aiming to collaborate in the construction of educational contexts that foster advances and increase the quality of teaching . The Residence covers the areas of knowledge of Elementary School. In this work, we focus on the Teaching Residency in the Portuguese area. Within this area, all the works are anchored in a sociointerative perspective and consider as fundamental the continued formation of the teacher to subsidize the reflection and possible changes of conception of mother tongue teaching in the school. We support us in: Nóvoa, Tardif, Bronckart, Ribeiro, Bagno; and in the link of theory and practice in making everyday teachers. Keywords: Teaching residence; Pedagogical Center; Teacher training.
