Eixo Temático: c) Ensino e formação docente: desenvolvimento profissional, formação inicial e continuada FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE: EXPERIÊNCIAS COMPARTILHADAS Profª Drª Ana Sahagoff (UNIRITTER, Pós-doc, bolsista PNPD/CAPES) [email protected] Resumo: Este trabalho originou-se dos estudos da tese de Doutorado “Uma leitura da representação do agir docente”, desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras UCS/UniRitter (2018). Trata-se de um estudo que se insere na área temática do agir de linguagem, abordado em estudos sistematizados na vertente do Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (ISD), que tem Jean-Paul Bronckart (2006, 2008, 2012) como um dos expoentes. O corpus utilizado na tese foi composto de textos de professores de diferentes níveis de ensino: séries iniciais, séries finais/ensino médio e ensino superior. Para este trabalho, fez-se um recorte, selecionando os textos da professora de séries iniciais: um texto escrito (narrativa) e um texto oral (entrevista transcrita). A narrativa relata a experiência (CLANDININ; CONNELLY, 2011) desta docente, os desafios que enfrenta em sua profissão e aspectos de sua formação. Na entrevista, a professora descreve (a um sósia, orientando-o) a atividade docente relativa a uma aula. A entrevista foi obtida pela adaptação de um método conhecido como instrução ao sósia. Os dados são submetidos a uma análise interpretativa do agir que é revelado e da tomada de consciência (VIGOTSKI, 2005) em relação a esse agir. A análise tem por objetivo mostrar a contribuição relevante que as experiências profissionais poderiam ter para outros professores, visando aproximar teoria e prática. Tendo por base conhecimento e experiência com o trabalho docente, parte-se da hipótese de que os professores, com a sua prática, constroem conhecimentos dos quais nem sempre eles tomam consciência. Esses conhecimentos, se fossem aproveitados, poderiam, posteriormente, ser aplicados na formação docente e servir de subsídio para futuros profissionais. TEACHER EDUCATION: SHARED EXPERIENCES Abstract: This work originated from the studies of the doctoral thesis "A reading of the representation of the teacher acting", developed in the Graduate Program in Letters UCS /UniRitter (2018). This is a study that is part of the thematic area of language acting, addressed in systematized studies in the area of Sociodiscursive Interactionism (SDI), which has Jean-Paul Bronckart (2006, 2008, 2012) as one of the exponents. The corpus used in the thesis was composed of texts by teachers of different levels of education: initial series, final series / high school and higher education. For this work, a clipping was made, selecting the teacher's texts from the initial series: a written text (narrative) and an oral text (interview transcribed). The narrative reports on the experience (CLANDININ; CONNELLY, 2011) of this teacher, the challenges she faces in her profession and aspects of her training. In the interview, the teacher describes (to a look-alike, orienting him) the teaching activity related to a class. The interview was obtained by adapting a method known as instruction to the look-alike. The data are submitted to an interpretative analysis of the act that is revealed and the awareness (VIGOTSKI, 2005) in relation to this act. The aim of the analysis is to show the relevant contribution that the professional experiences could have to other teachers, aiming to approach theory and practice. Based on knowledge and experience with teaching work, it is based on the hypothesis that teachers, with their practice, build knowledge that they are not always aware of. This knowledge, if used, could later be applied in teacher training and serve as a subsidy for future professionals.
