The higher the saturation of fatty acid is, it has a noticeable worsening of the metabolization value when compared to a less saturated fatty acid. There is a positive relationship between the effects of soybean lysolecithin. The objective is to evaluate the influence of the inclusion of emulsifier (polyethylene glycol ricinoleate and soy lecithin) with different fat sources in the metabolization of nutrients to broilers. The experimental procedures were performed after approval CEUA / UFRA (007/2013). We used 500 male chicks, Cobb lineage, raised conventionally up to 14 days, meeting the nutritional requirements of birds according to Brazilian table. At 18 days of age started the collection of excreta (5 days), using the total collection method of excreta. The experiment had a factorial arrangement with four lipid sources, 2 inclusions, not including the product, and another with the inclusion of Liposorb(R), and 0.05% of oil included in the diet with a reduced level of metabolizable energy (ME) of less 100kcal / kg, considering the energy requirement according to Rostagno et al. (2011): T1- Ration with soybean oil; T2 - Ration with Soybean Oil with Liposorb(R); T3 - Ration with viscera oil; T4 - Ration with viscera oil and Liposorb(R); T5- Ration with fish oil; T6- Ration with fish oil and Liposorb(R); T7- Ration with beef tallow; T8 - Ration with beef tallow and Liposorb(R). The results were submitted to ANOVA and Tukey 5% test, using the Statistical Analysis System 9.2 (SAS, 2009). It's not observed difference for the feed intake, metabolization coefficient of dry matter and crude protein. A significant effect in lipid source for apparent metabolizable energy (AME) and nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolizable energy (AMEn), in which soybean oil had higher values when compared to fish oil, they do not differ from the other. As the metabolization coefficient of ether extract (CMEE), showed a significant difference (p <0.0001) and beef tallow showed lower values when compared to others. The Liposorb(R) had no significant effect on the evaluated diets.
