Therefore, the preparation of classes by medical students on Human Anatomy has been an attempt to approach the student and content. Objective: To report the experience obtained from the teaching of Human Anatomy by medical students to high school students. Method: There were three days of activities, with the participation of 25 high school students per day. Twelve students from the first year of the medical course were selected, via registration, to teach the classes. The activities were carried out in the human anatomy laboratory of the university and organized by pre-selected themes. Results: The initiative of the dynamic study of human anatomy aroused the curiosity of high school students regarding the possibilities that the academic environment has to offer and allowed the reflection of these students about the anatomy of their own body. For medical students, teaching allowed the active exploration of anatomical content, besides promoting their approach to teaching. Conclusion: The performance of didactic activities among students of different levels of training can promote the incentive to seek knowledge in the academic area, making it an important means for the emergence of reflection and construction of critical sense.
