Use of realistic simulation in teaching of pharmacology.

Health graduations have a great challenge in making classes during graduation more attractive and interactive, breaking the methodology where the teacher is the key to learning and giving more autonomy to students to be protagonists of learning through an environment that encourages problem solving and associates practical knowledge to theory. The use of realistic simulation, one of the many active methodologies proposed, in undergraduate classes is shown to improve the dynamics of the classes through greater class participation, integration of theoretical knowledge, greater learning and memorization. Therefore, studies are needed for further validation of this methodology to encourage more undergraduate schools to adopt it as a methodology, especially in the basic sciences, which lack new practical teaching tools since the use of animals in classes was forbidden.
