Resumo

Obesity-resistant rats (OR) are characterized by resistance to weight gain and body fat deposition even when ingesting high-calorie diets and high-fat-diet (HFD), a condition observed in humans and experimental animals. However, the level of metabolic risk in these OR condition is unclear, such as the development of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD).
