The consumption of food sources of calcium (milk and dairy products) and vitamin B12 (meats and eggs) can positively influence cardiovascular health. In turn, the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has caused dietary changes in society and studying this pandemic aspect by disaggregating ethnicity/race/skin color is of paramount importance for mapping groups of greater vulnerability.
