MABA: AN OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE FOR AUTOMATED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS IN MICE

MABA (Mice Automatic Behavior Analysis) is an open-source bioinformatics tool designed to simplify the process of behavior experimentation analysis in mice and rats. The traditional methods of analyzing footage of behavior experiments are often complex, subjective, and time-consuming. MABA addresses these issues by utilizing recent advancements in computer vision and artificial intelligence to automate the analysis process while maintaining a high level of precision.
