Development and evaluation of didactic materials with technological resources on respiratory physiology contents

The methodologies in higher education, has been restricted to the methodology known as traditional, characterized by lecture classes, being the student passive in his learning process, Overcoming this teaching model is a major challenge. Based on constructivist ideas, active methodologies seek to overcome more rigid models of learning, aiming to develop autonomy, cognitive capacity, ability to perform mental operations and use knowledge with greater flexibility. Currently, technology is becoming increasingly present in the different sectors of society, and the educational area is no different. Information and communication technologies can facilitate learning, integrating time and space inside and outside the teaching environment. In addition, the use of technologies can generate in the student a greater motivation for the subject studied. Thus, the union between active methodologies and technologies can generate a more meaningful and motivating learning experience.
