Resumo
During the XII National Brain Week (SNC) several activities were performed in public schools in the city of Goiatuba, Southern Goiás State. With around 34,000 inhabitants its population has limited access to scientific knowledge. Considering that the vehiculation of this type of information to our community are small, we embrace the idea of the BAW to contribute to reduce misinformation among children and adults and to promote the interest of children and adolescents in the human brain.
