In recent decades, it has been an imposition of this capitalist system that the Brazilian State adheres to the compulsory digitalization of services. Therefore, the present discussion aimed to problematize the expansion of the digitalization of federal public services as a requirement of the bourgeoisie in a scenario of expanding social inequalities. The advance in the digitalization of services does not accompany the elimination of inequalities in access and this means that not everyone has the internet, cell phones and/or computers that can connect them to the digital world.
