RURAL LAND REGULARIZATION IN PIAUÍ: TECHNOLOGIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

Rural land regularization in the State of Piauí is a central element to safeguard the normative predictability of land tenure and boost sustainable development in rural areas. This article aims to analyze the technologies employed by the Land Institute of Piauí (INTERPI) and their contribution to sustainable territorial management. A qualitative approach of exploratory and descriptive nature was adopted, based on documentary research carried out in official sources, such as the INTERPI website, of the Government of the State of Piauí, in addition to scientific articles. It is observed that the integration of these technologies into land regularization processes strengthens development policies, attracts investments to regularized areas and enhances agricultural productivity
