The research, which is qualitative and descriptive, reveals that digital strategies enhance business performance, but still face challenges such as a lack of resources, technical knowledge, and resistance to change. The study also highlights the link between digital marketing and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 8, 9, and 12: Sustainable Economic Growth (SDG 8), Technological Innovation (SDG 9), and Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12). The conclusion is that continuous innovation and technological adaptation improve the resilience and competitiveness of small businesses, making digital marketing a strategic tool for survival and growth in times of crisis.
