For data analysis, br modeling was used structural equations through the SmartPLS software. The results did not confirm the bivalent effects of conversations about injustice in the forgiveness of the leader, but they showed a single effect, strong and positive, for this relation. The moderating role of neuroticism in the relationship between conversations about injustice was also evidenced and anger is a curious direct and positive relationship between anger and forgiveness of the leader.
