The research employs a qualitative approach, conducting a systematic review of existing studies. The objective is to comprehend the complexity of gender-based violence, considering its intersections with race, class, sexual orientation, generation, and territory. The study aims to stimulate new research and effective actions to combat gender-based violence, both in local and global contexts. Additionally, the paper will also address the violence faced by women in the corporate environment and transgender women. Special attention will be given to the experiences of these vulnerable groups, seeking to identify specific challenges and propose measures to promote a safe and inclusive environment for all women.
