QUALITY AND ITS TOOLS IN A COMPANY T.I IN TERESINA-PI

The aim of this study is to implement the SWOT Matrix Analysis and stock inventory in a Technical Services and Assistance company in the IT sector in the city of Teresina-PI during the Compulsory Curricular Internship. In this sense, it dealt with the experience during the internship period, as well as the duties performed by the intern and the scenario observed, in addition to proposing improvements to the bottlenecks found. The study expands scientific knowledge using the deductive method in a qualitative-quantitative approach. approach in a case study.
