PARETO DIAGRAM TO ANALYZE INTERNAL FAILURE IN A PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTOR IN TERESINA-PI

The constant search for cost reduction is a predominant factor in the industry, managers see this aspect as something that brings great benefits to companies. The research is an exploratory approach with a survey of bibliographic data and the use of non-experimental quantitative techniques with the use of analytical statistical survey in view of the application of quality tools. This proposal added great value in identifying the factors causing the internal failure of the products, reaching the objectives in a satisfactory way, since it was possible to identify that the failures occurred in the great majority due to the collaborators not being performing their functions properly, considering that it was identified that most of the malfunctions come from the company's reserve stocks.
