INNOVATION IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR: HOW DO TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS HELP WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION?

This research on innovation tools within the public sector, aims to largely assist in carrying out tasks that companies that seek to adequately benefit from the optimization of their resources applying within management and organizations, in favor of benefiting society as the all. These tools are efficient in increasingly improving the performance of a company within the sector in which it operates. However, this article has a qualitative characteristic, seeking to expose the following topics with the aim of showing the results obtained. Thus, within the context presented, it can be inferred that it has a very great importance within a public or even a private organization as its influence has a much greater impact.
