Submission Guidelines

Submissions approved in step 1, select the paper in "edit" to send the full version. The process is closed for new submissions.

For oral presentation and subsequent publication of the works, authors are invited to initially submit a summary containing between 300 and 500 words, stating the title, name of the authors with their respective affiliations and email addresses. The text must succinctly indicate the context of the work, the methodology used and relevant conclusions.

The deadline for abstract submission is May 5th and the abstract acceptance deadline is May 10th.

After acceptance of the abstract, authors must submit a full article or extended summary for review, according to the schedule below:

Deadline for submitting extended works or abstracts: August 16th

Deadline for acceptance of extended works or abstracts: September 13th

Full articles and extended abstracts will be accepted for presentation in technical sessions and publication in the proceedings after approval and final selection by reviewers and the Organizing Committee.

Texts and presentations can be made in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
