🗓 Important dates:

  • Deadline: from April 8th to June 12th, 2024.

  • Publication of papers acceptances: August 19, 2024.

  • Submission of the final version of accepted papers: September 10, 2024.

➡️ Formatting rules for Complete Articles (CA) (complete articles will have DOI)

Languages: Articles must be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, or English.

Type of presentation: oral.

Number of pages: Maximum 12 (twelve) pages of A4 size, including tables, figures, references, and acknowledgments. Annexes are not allowed.

Margins:

  • Top: 3.3 cm
  • Bottom: 2.5 cm
  • Left and right: 2.9 cm
     

Space between lines: simple

Column: single

Text font: Times New Roman 11

Articles must be initially submitted WITHOUT the names of the authors. Once the article has been accepted, a final version must be presented, with complete information about the authors and any corrections. The Scientific Committee will have the full right to reject articles considered out of format.

Number of pages: Maximum 04 (four) pages of A4 size, including tables, figures, references, and acknowledgments.

➡️ Poster formatting rules (PS) (there will be no DOI for posters)

Languages: Abstracts must be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, or English.

Type of Presentation: Poster

Submission of a poster presentation consists of an abstract that satisfies the following rules:

Abstracts must contain a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 450 words, including 3 keywords, on a single A4 page.

  • Bottom: 2.5 cm
  • Left and Right: 2.9 cm

Spacing: Single

Text Font: Times New Roman 11

There is no need for references to submit abstracts of posters. The format must be the same as the first page of a complete work. Abstracts must be sent without the authors' names. After acceptance of the poster abstract, a final version must be submitted, containing complete information from the authors and any corrections. The Scientific Committee will have the full right to reject posters that are not in the correct format.

Posters classified for exhibition must be banner-shaped and contain a tube and cord to hang on hooks fixed to the walls. They must be up to 90 cm wide and up to 140 cm high. The preparation of the material is the sole responsibility of the authors.

 

➡️ Rules for submitting Short Course (SC) proposals

Short course proposals must inform the subject, the list of the main topics to be covered in three hours, as well as the level of knowledge expected from the public. Proponents must have a Doctorate degree.

The format must be the same as that of a complete paper, containing on the first page: title, name/affiliation of all proponents, summary, and keywords. Names that are not provided in this proposal will not appear among the proponents/responsible for the Minicourse in the symposium program.

Proposals must also contain: Introduction, Objectives, Topics to be covered, and Basic Bibliography.
