Submission Guidelines

Important dates:

• Deadline for submission of abstracts: August 17, 2026 (🚨)

How to submit your abstract:

1. Download the required template: Click here to download the abstract template

2. Prepare your abstract following the instructions provided in the template.

3. The abstract must be written in English.

4. During the registration process, there will be a specific field for uploading your abstract.

Galoá is the only event platform that synchronizes your submission directly with your CV through our official partnership with ORCID.

To ensure our system can automatically import your data and subsequently link your published abstract, please note the following:

• Grant access: ORCID and Galoá take the protection of your data seriously. Consequently, the integration will only work if the ORCID privacy settings for all authors are set to 'Everyone' or 'Trusted parties'.

• Note on private profiles: If an ORCID profile is set to 'Only me', data retrieval is blocked by privacy regulations. Should a co-author's integration fail for this reason, do not worry: you will still be able to enter their information manually to complete your submission by the deadline.

Important notes:

• Do not forget to register all authors in the submission platform.

• All authors included in the submission must be registered using their ORCID.

• Be sure to carefully review the authors’ information, as the data entered will be used for certificate issuance.

• Check the order of the authors in the system registration, as it will appear exactly in the certificate.
