Submission Rules
- All proposals for the presentation of scientific works must be submitted online through this website in PDF format.
- The files must be submitted as described below and developed using the summary model available on the website.
- Submission of the abstract must be carried out only by the author responsible for sending the abstract. Submission is subject to mandatory registration of the responsible author at the Congress.
- Texts will be accepted in one of the languages - Portuguese, English or Spanish. It should be noted that it will be the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure the linguistic adequacy of the material submitted.
- To present the material, at least one of the authors of the work must be registered at the Congress.
- Each responsible author may submit up to (2) two abstracts with no limit for co-authorship.
- Completed or ongoing research and experience reports can be presented in the event's thematic axes: 1) Educational, psychological and sociocultural aspects of aging; 2) Diseases associated with aging; 3) Health and functionality in aging.
Formatting
Abstracts must be written in a word file or equivalent containing up to 400 words, in a single paragraph, Arial 12 font, 2.5 margins, single spacing, indicating up to 3 keywords, according to the template.
Must contain:
- Title: in bold, capital letters and centered. Subtitle if any, without bold.
- Authors: full name; maximum limit 6; and centralized. The originating institution and contact email of each author participating in the material must be added (all information linked to the authors listed above must be preceded by letters);
- Introduction
- Goals)
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords: 3 in alphabetical order. and according to DECS (link: http://decs.bvs.br/)
- * Works/Studies that involve research with human beings or animals must contain in the body of the abstract, the number of the approval opinion of the Ethics Committee. All submitted work will be evaluated by reviewers elected by the Scientific Committee who will, after analysis, decide whether the presentation will be in poster format or oral presentation.
