Submission Guidelines

General presentation requirements:

Starting from the event manager, it is necessary to follow the step by step below:

  • Go to “settings”;
  • Click on “registrations” and then on “Short courses”;
  • Click on “Add short course type”; two examples of “type” can be: on-site mini-course and remote mini-course.
  • Insert the name of the type and then the number of registrations that a given person can make of the same type of mini-course that appears in “registrations allowed per person” and click on save.
  • Click on “add minicourse”;
  • Under “name”, enter the title of the content.
  • Under Status, select Open Enrollments.
  • In presentation mode, select the option of “live only”
  • In group, select the type in which the content fits.
  • Insert the enrollment limit in the short course according to the restriction.
